While there is plenty of The Witcher content out there, fans of the television series can only stream the first two seasons on Netflix while they patiently wait for Season 3. Thankfully, there are plenty of shows similar to The Witcher for audiences to sink their teeth into and get their fantasy fix.

The Witcher has some incredible battle scenes, and for fans looking for that kind of adrenaline rush, Game of Thrones could be the show they need. This show has some of the best battles in television history, from "Hardhome" to "Battle of the Bastards."

From the fights between the Houses of Westeros to the Night's Watch fighting the Wildlings and the White Walkers beyond the Wall, Game of Thrones has a variety of battles to watch over and over again. With all eight seasons available to stream on HBO Max, viewers might want to catch up before the spin-off series, House of the Dragon, premieres.

While The Witcher is about monster hunting and fighting for a better world, fans can't ignore the beautiful love story between Yennefer and Geralt. Audiences who are looking for a romance, look no further than Outlander.

Based on the series of novels by Diana Gabaldon, Outlander, focuses on Jamie and Claire Fraser, a highlander from the 1740s and a nurse from World War II who are forced to marry each other due to some time traveling and a bit of trouble. Outlander is currently in production for Season 7, but the first six seasons can be watched on Netflix and Starz.

Audiences who love Yennefer and the other witches' storylines in The Witcher can find their magical fix in A Discovery of Witches. Based on the series of novels by Deborah Harkness, this story follows Diana Bishop, a witch with no control over her power who happens to find and unlock the most powerful book in the supernatural world.

With the help of the vampire Matthew Clermont, Diana learns to control her powers and learn who she really is meant to become. This show only has three seasons, which makes for a great, quick binge, and it is available to watch on AMC Plus and Shudder.

Before there was the wonderful and humorous friendship between Geralt and Jaskier, there was the friendship between Merlin and Prince Arthur. In BBC's Merlin, Merlin - the greatest sorcerer of all time - is a plucky kid who happens to get the role of manservant to Prince Arthur, the spoiled royal who has been taught to despise magic.

With Merlin forced to hide his magic while ensuring that Prince Arthur survives to become the great king he is destined to be, there are antics and great banter between these two opposites. All five seasons of Merlin are available to stream on Netflix.

For fans of supernatural and fantastic creatures found in The Witcher, their next favorite monster can be found in Netflix's Stranger Things. When eleven-year-old Will Byers goes missing, the sleepy town of Hawkins, Indiana, wouldn't dare to think monsters and demons are behind it, but Will's friends soon learn the truth.

The kids of Hawkins have to battle Demogorgans, Mind Flayers, and the Vecna to not only save their friends, but their town, and possibly the world, from being taken over by the Upside Down. The first four seasons of Stranger Things are ready to stream on Netflix, with a fifth and final season in the works.

Audiences of The Witcher love the charm of the show, from the magic to the characters. Fans can find their next show with incredible magic and lovable characters in Netflix's Fate: The Winx Saga. The story follows Bloom, a fire fairy, as she starts her training at her fairy boarding school where she meets others just like her. Ever since Bloom's arrival at the school, a darkness has surfaced, and the terror of the Burned Ones are back infecting their sickness on others. Fate: The Winx Saga is available on Netflix.

The World of The Witcher is complex and well-built, letting audiences immerse themselves in the story. Another great fantasy series with fantastic world-building is Netflix's Shadow and Bone. Based on the series of books by Leigh Bardugo, the story centers on Alina Starkov, who learns that she is a sun summoner--the rarest form of Grisha (people with magic), and is destined to cross a deadly cloud of darkness called The Fold.

Shadow and Bone is available to stream on Netflix with production on Season 2 recently wrapping. Fans eagerly await for Season 2's arrival, and to see more of Shadow and Bone's fantastic world.

The Witcher sees the of kingdoms and magic and non-magic people constantly at war with one another. For fans of a world divided, look no further than Amazon Prime's Carnival Row. When the lands of the magic world are destroyed, magical creatures are forced to live with humans and are treated as second-class citizens.

However, fairy Vignette and human detective Philo team up to find out not only how to bridge the divide, but to also solve a string of murders that threaten the already unstable world of Carnival Row. Carnival Row has one season and is available to stream on Amazon Prime, with a second season on the way.

In magical worlds, there always seems to be a hierarchy of species. In The Witcher, Geralt, while feared and respected, he is not the top of the food chain. Similarly, in HBO's His Dark Materials, the world is divided by Magisterium--a powerful religious and political body.

His Dark Materials - based on the series by Philip Pullman - is available to stream on HBO Max.

For audiences who love the thrill of the hunt in The Witcher, Freeform's Shadowhunters gives the same adrenaline rush. When Clary Fairchild begins to see another world beside her own, a world of angels, demons, vampires, and werewolves, she gets sucked in and realizes she was born to be a Shadowhunter.

Tasked with saving the human world from dark forces, Clary and her friends train to fight demons and monsters, keeping the balance between light and dark. Based on The Mortal Instruments series by Cassandra Clare, Shadowhunters is available to stream on Hulu.
